The School Admin Assistant will support daily administrative operations of the school, ensure smooth functioning of office activities, and assist staff, students, and parents with timely services and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, visitor coordination, and phone/email communication
Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation
Assist in admission-related processes, enquiry handling, and data entry
Coordinate administrative support for academic and non-academic events
Prepare letters, circulars, reports, and communication as required
Handle purchase requests, vendor coordination, and stock/inventory registers
Support fee-collection office with record maintenance (if required)
Ensure timely filing, documentation, and record retrieval
Provide administrative assistance to the Principal and school leadership team
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and vendors
Work Requirements
Full-time on campus
Willingness to support during school events and peak administrative periods
