School Academic Manager - K-12 Education - 6-12 Years Experience - Hyderabad
Summary:
We are hiring a School Academic Manager to lead academic operations and partner engagement for K-12 schools. The role is responsible for driving academic excellence, building strong school relationships, executing strategic plans, and ensuring student achievement through structured systems and interventions.
Location: Hyderabad (travel required, 10-12 days/month)

Responsibilities * Execute strategic academic and operational plans aligned with school goals.

• Monitor, report, and review school performance as per national standards.
• Ensure smooth implementation of communication protocols with partner schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners (BPs).
• Actively engage in initiatives to improve student outcomes and school performance.
• Support statutory compliance and academic administration in schools.

Requirements * Bachelor's/Master's in relevant subject / Human Development with B.Ed.

• 6-12 years of experience in K-12 school academics and administration.
• Proven ability in leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of academic processes and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel 10-12 days a month.
• Child-centric approach with strong ethics and empathy.
