you will be responsible for the application of organic agriculture inputs and regulatory requirements and principles against established standards and protocols. The position requires good communication. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the agriculture inputs industry. You will be responsible for identification of risks and opportunities, development and assessment of programs and facilitation and monitoring of correct and efficient execution of the organic agriculture inputs related programs.

Tasks and responsibilities
Identification of risks and opportunities to the certification program. Identify means and methods for assessments, tracking changes in rules and regulations.
Development and maintenance of information for marketing and offers.
Provide and define interpretation to enable efficient and correct operation of the certification program.
Identify and define training requirements. And impart trainings for concerned team members.
Monitoring of the organization and environment on efficient and correct operation of the certification program.
Identify improvements for the system (means and methods), identify and report omissions to QM, identify qualification criteria.
Maintain accreditation/ recognition, facilitate accreditation visits,
Follow up on NC's from accreditation visits.
As a Case Officer, address complaints of bribery, fraud, concerns, and whistleblowing and handle sanctions.
Maintaining good relation with the clients.
Maintaining contact with the Certifier (Certification Manager) on regular basis.
Keeping upbreast of all the Certifications Programmes offered by the company and about the industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the organic agriculture regulations and inputs approvals.
Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to related industry sectors.
Requirements
Graduate in Agriculture Chemistry or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture inputs/ agro chemical industry
Minimum 1 year experience should be of auditing as a qualified auditor under a national organic program such as USDA-NOP, EU, JAS, NPOP, KO or under RSPO/ any other agriculture certification program
Lead Auditor course of ISO 9001/ 14001 would be advantageous
Knowledge of microbiology/ biochemistry/ biotechnology & ISO 17065 is preferred
Good command of English in speech and in writing
Excellent presentation skills
Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office
