Job Description

A Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the calendars and schedules of key personnel, often senior managers or executives, within an organization. Their primary duties include setting up appointments, managing travel bookings, rescheduling or canceling meetings as needed, confirming appointments, arranging meeting venues, and sending reminders. They also keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and schedule changes, answer scheduling-related queries, document scheduling processes, and perform related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities are:

Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas. Verifying availability of participants for meetings. Managing travel arrangements. Keeping communication clear with internal and external parties regarding schedule changes. Managing scheduling software and office tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Coordinating venue arrangements and handling logistics for meetings. Providing administrative support and recordkeeping.

Pay: ₹16,255.29 - ₹32,710.41 per month
