Manage and maintain schedules for doctors, clinicians, and assessment teams.
Coordinate patient appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent requests.
Prepare and communicate rota updates to OP and assessment teams.
Optimize appointment flow to minimize waiting times and improve patient experience.
Maintain accurate records of daily OP schedules and reporting.
Front Desk Operations
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
Manage patient registration, check-in, and appointment confirmations.
Provide information regarding services, doctors' availability, and procedures.
Handle patient queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
Ensure the reception/front desk area is professional, organized, and welcoming.
Coordinate with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
