The Role

Salary: $800 - $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience)

Venture Smarter is a growing consultancy dedicated to helping businesses scale through smart strategies, efficient processes, and tailored solutions. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling & Admin Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Handle email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and administrative materials
  • Support project coordination and task tracking to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Ideal Profile
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support, scheduling, or executive assistance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office)
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
