Minimum Qualification


BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)



Responsible for reviewing the project schedules to ensure that construction projects are completed on time. Ensure detailed project timelines are prepared periodically by coordinating with internal stakeholders and identifying potential delays or risks. Continuous monitoring of project progress, suggesting corrective actions where necessary. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently in all phases of project life cycle. Schedule Development & Management: + Ensure that the schedule reflects project goals and deadlines by working closely with the project team.
+ Assist project site scheduler for preparation of baseline program in compliance with contract scope.
+ Ensure regular updating of baseline program and progress reporting
Monitoring & Progress Tracking: + Identify variances in actual project progress against the baseline schedule.
+ Identify delays, bottlenecks, generating variance report,
+ Verify critical path activities and explore multiple float paths.
Risk & Mitigation Planning: + Analyze potential risks to the project timeline and suggest mitigation strategies.
+ Work proactively to address scheduling conflicts and challenges.
Reporting & Communication: + Provide regular schedule updates and progress reports to the project manager and senior management.
+ Communicate any issues, delays, or changes to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Oversee site scheduler for preparation of extension of time (EOT) report.
Resource Alignment: + Coordinate with different departments to ensure that required resources are available and aligned with the schedule.
Schedule Optimization & Improvement: + Analyze and recommend improvements to the scheduling process and tools used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the scheduling approach.
