The Practice - A Brief Sketch The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients' most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies. Here is a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: o Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution consultant and support with solutions for end to-end request for proposal or ERP assessment requests. o Engaging with the Client and designing new business processes based on customer requirements, scoping, discovering, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet expectations. o Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems across SAP S4 Hana ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies. o Driving enterprise business, application and integration architecture. o Have good understanding of third parties and integrated systems to exchange data between them. o Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance. o Mentoring and developing our people and contributing to asset creations and knowledge sharing sessions.

o MBA from a tier 1 institute o Minimum experience of 9 years and above in SAP ERP and should have led minimum 2 S/4 HANA implementation/ transformation projects (Solution Architect/ Offshore lead) o Working experience across: o Experience in design and business blueprint and greenfield implementation of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA core functionalities across FICO/FSCM and Bank management as a part of the enterprise-wide design and blueprint of SAP along with good expertise in M&A/JV scenarios of Central Finance. The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market. Cross functional experience with Procurement, SD, PP etc. o Deep domain expertise across one/more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom. Understanding the domain trends and technology offerings across these industry sectors. o Functional Consulting: Lead the design and configuration of SAP FI and CO modules, including: ₹ FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Tax Configuration (GST, VAT, etc.) ? CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Activity-Based Costing o Configure SAP settings based on client needs, ensuring compliance with internal controls and global financial standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). o Proficiency in SAP Data Migration for finance-related objects such as: ₹ General Ledger Accounts ? Cost Centers ? Profit Centers ? Vendor/Customer Open Items ? Asset Master Data o Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and RISE with SAP for cloud transformation and exposure to SAP Joule / AI technologies for automation and predictive analytics. o Evaluate different routes to implementation and driving business value from SAP HANA. Evaluating opportunity to consolidate and renovate existing SAP implementations while transforming onto a S/4 HANA platform. o Led and delivered large-scale transformation and / or migration of SAP ECC and other legacy ERPs to the new SAP S/4 HANA architecture. Deep appreciation of one/more of the functional areas of FICO. Demonstrated expertise in a Hybrid ERP environment comprising various flavor of SAP and other 3rd party ERPs. o Awareness/Hands-on in creation of business case, functional prototypes in demonstrating the value and impact of an SAP S/4 deployment, business value assessment for an implementation (either greenfield or brownfield) of SAP S/4 HANA. Real life experience in using components from SAP Activate methodology as part of program implementation. o Good Analytical and Assessment skills in driving the discovery workshop, performing the AS-IS assessment and Fit-Gap Analysis, and providing suggestion of TO-BE design in terms of Cost, tools, people, and Organizations (i.e., change management).
