Job Description

Endpoint Administrator: Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring reliable operation of Intune-managed endpoints.

Configure and manage Intune settings for device enrolment, application deployment, security policies, and conditional access.

Implement and maintain Autopilot deployments for streamlined device provisioning. Configure and manage Intune features like Endpoint Protection, Compliance Policies, and BitLocker encryption.

Application Deployment and Management:

Deploy and manage various applications across different platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Create and manage custom app packages and configurations. Monitor application usage and health status.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Diagnose and resolve Intune-related issues using various tools and resources. Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary. Provide technical support to end users regarding Intune and devices.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry regulations through Intune configuration. Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and best practices for the device management. Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures.

Excellent customer service skills, working with minimal direction to resolve end user support requests.

Ability to respond quickly when new tickets arrive in queue to respond, diagnose, and resolve majority of tickets without escalation

Ability to raise change requests and implement the changes with minimal direction.
