Essential Job Functions:

• Administering, optimizing, and maintaining our SCCM infrastructure
• Maintain, Troubleshoot Task Sequence updates
• Running queries and reports against SCCM database
• Windows 11/Operating System deployment planning and execution support
• Communication with Customer, direct stakeholders such as technical experts or End User Services
• Status tracking and reporting
• ITIL processes like Incident-, Problem-, Change- and Service Continuity management
• Bitlocker management via SCCM
• Understanding/maintaining and troubleshooting Office updates

Intune:

• Develop and implement Intune strategies aligned with the organization's IT goals and security policies.
• Design and manage Intune policies for device enrollment, compliance, security, and application management.
• Lead the technical execution of transitioning from traditional Active Directory/Group Policy to Intune-managed devices.
• Manage and optimize the Intune environment, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments.
• Develop and deploy scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Intune and related technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
• Implement and manage security features within Intune, such as device compliance policies and conditional access policies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Intune configurations, policies, and processes.
• Deliver training for IT admins on Intune fundamentals and best practices.
• Familiarity with modern management approaches, including co-management with Configuration Manager (SCCM)

• Communication should be excellent - Mandate.

Other skills :

• Windows 11, OSD migration, Intune Auto pilot, Intune Conditional policy, Server patching , SQL patching , SQL reporting, PowerShell, Patching with Intune, Software distribution with Intune
• Profound experience with SCCM
• Good understanding on Server and workstation patching, Maintenance Windows and schedules.
• Relevant professional experience in a large Enterprise environment with many thousands of users
• Good analytical skills and topics with a broader and comprehensive picture and can easily identify cross-dependencies
• Good Communication Skills
• Communicate and express yourself target group oriented
