Key Responsibilities
Administer, manage, and support the Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr environment.
Create and maintain software deployment packages, patches, and updates.
Automate operating system deployments (OSD) using SCCM Task Sequences.
Manage device collections, boundaries, distribution points, and reporting.
Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot SCCM client and server issues.
Maintain and update SCCM infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and patch management.
Develop documentation for configuration, processes, and procedures.
Support endpoint protection solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender).
Work with help desk and desktop support teams to resolve deployment-related issues
