- Maintain a list of all the standard software used in Customer environment.- Software distribution Using Sapphire/SCCM the approved software's by customer will be configured and further distributed to all applicable desktops & laptops in FG environment.
- Push the software to the desktops / servers or setup a Scheduled Pull from the desktops
- Keep track of the latest security patches required to be distributed.
- Patch management of all desktops and laptops using SCCM tool.
- Monitor the status of the software distribution. In case of failure do a manual push of the software.
