We are seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and ensuring system compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).


1+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM administration.


Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.


Experience with WSUS, Intune, and Endpoint Security policies.


Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or similar).


Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.


Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Requirements

Administer, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure (Primary/Secondary Sites, Distribution Points, Management Points). Plan, deploy, and manage software applications, updates, and security patches using SCCM. Perform operating system deployments (OSD) using task sequences and images. Manage SCCM collections, packages, queries, and reporting. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of SCCM services. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Integrate SCCM with Intune, Active Directory, WSUS, and other Microsoft/third-party tools. Implement compliance and security baselines for endpoint devices. Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams regarding SCCM-related issues. Perform periodic upgrades, patching, and enhancements of SCCM infrastructure. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
