Understanding of packaging basics, best practices and standards.
Knowledge of Windows components and configurations ( registries, services )
Knowledge of basic troubleshooting tools ( e.g. : Beyond Compare, Install Rite, Process Monitor)
Experience of scripting languages like VB scripting, batch file.
Experience in deployment tools , preferable SCCM
Good Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now
Good-to-Have
Advance experience with scripting language like PowerShell
Knowledge of application virtualization process.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Willing to work across 24/7 shifts on rotational basis. Working in accordance to the ITIL defines processes. Exposure in handling global clients, preferably in Enterprise Level Data Centers with production environments. Excellent communication skills. Should be able to handle end to end packaging responsibility
