Required Qualification: Bachelor Degree Overall Experience: 8+ years (Minimum 5 years in SCCM) Designation: Senior Consultant (C1) Roles and Responsibilities: Manage SCCM Infra for 300K Users, 150+ Servers SCCM Client Heath monitoring and remediation Provide technical support Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.
