The role involves coordinating with clients, architects, interior designers, and installation teams to ensure precise execution, quality control, and timely project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys and measurements to prepare accurate bathroom layout maps.Create and maintain site drawings, installation plans, and fitting layouts.Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for customized bathroom fitting solutions.Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, client requirements, and technical specifications.Monitor on-site progress, resolve discrepancies, and provide technical support.Supervise installation teams to ensure quality and timely completion.Maintain records of site visits, reports, and project documentation.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.Implement health, safety, and quality standards at the site.Provide feedback and improvement suggestions for design feasibility.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, and installation processes.Ability to read architectural drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts.Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp or similar design tools (preferred).Good communication and client handling skills.Strong site management and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail with excellent measurement and mapping accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.4-8 years of experience in site mapping, bathroom fittings, or interior execution.Experience with sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or building material industry preferred.
