We are looking for a skilled Scala Developer to join our team. As a Scala Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and efficient backend applications using Scala programming language. This is a senior-level position, requiring 5 to 10 years of experience in Scala development. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and it is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Scala development
• Strong knowledge of functional programming concepts
• Experience with Scala frameworks such as Play, Akka, or Spark
• Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging backend applications using Scala
• Implementing scalable and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers
