Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical

Experience:

1-3 years (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply)

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of SCADA systems Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in RTUs, PLCs, HMI panels, and network communication Monitor real-time operating conditions and data acquisition systems Maintain and update SCADA software versions, backups, system logs, and documentation Coordinate with Automation or Control Room team for system alarms, errors, and breakdowns Conduct preventive maintenance of SCADA-related field equipment (sensors, control panels, servers) Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of new SCADA components Ensure availability and uptime of SCADA system for smooth plant or grid operation Maintain network switches, serial converters, Ethernet connections and remote communication devices Generate maintenance records, reports, and daily system performance reports Follow safety procedures and shutdown protocols during maintenance activity Required Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of SCADA System architecture and components Exposure to PLC/RTU programming (Siemens / Schneider / Allen Bradley etc.) Good understanding of Electrical circuits, panels, IO wiring, and industrial networking Basic knowledge of protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP, IEC 101/104, Ethernet Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot control circuits Familiarity with HMI software and data logging tools Strong analytical & problem-solving ability Good communication and teamwork
