Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:



Relevant experience in the required domain. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must have knowledge of SQL, R & Python language and at-least one cloud-based technology (Azure, AWS, GCP) Must have knowledge of building price/discount elasticity models and conduct non-linear optimization. Must have good knowledge of state space & mixed-effect modeling techniques and optimization algorithms and applicability to industry data. Must have AI capability migration experience from one cloud platform to another. Manage documentation of data models, architecture, and maintenance processes Have an understanding of econometric/statistical modeling and analysis techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, optimization techniques, and statistical packages such as R, Python, SQL, PySpark. Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc. Strong client communication.

As an Analyst in our team, you will build

AI-powered applications with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI

, working hands-on to deliver scalable solutions for clients.

Design and build Agentic AI systems

leveraging multi-agent frameworks to solve client-centric problems.

Define data and context requirements

for autonomous agents to retrieve, reason, and act effectively.

Prepare, clean, and validate datasets

to ensure high-quality inputs for AI workflows.

Configure and orchestrate agent workflows

, enabling seamless communication between specialized agents.

Experiment with architectures

such as planning, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation; fine-tune for accuracy and performance.

Evaluate and iterate on agent performance

(accuracy, reliability, efficiency) to improve decision-making and automation.

Leverage cloud services

(AWS, Azure, GCP) for orchestration, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.

Stay ahead of emerging trends

in Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks, documenting reusable patterns and best practices.

Collaborate with consultants and managers

to align technical solutions with client objectives and business impact.

Create client-ready demos and insight decks

, articulating the business value of Agentic AI in clear terms.

Contribute to internal accelerators, playbooks, and proof-of-concepts

, driving adoption of Agentic AI in consulting engagements.

Who we are looking for:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record. 2+ years of experience in Data Science or AI/ML, preferably within consulting or the Marketing domain. Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with

LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other agent orchestration frameworks

is a plus. Practical expertise with

FastAPI (modular APIs), GCP Vertex AI (model deployment/ orchestration), and Databricks (large-scale data & modeling workflows)

for end-to-end AI solution development. Hands-on experience in building or applying

Generative AI use cases

; exposure to

Agentic AI concepts

(e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent collaboration, tool orchestration). Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data workflows and AI deployment.
