Requirements:

2-8 years of experience in AI/ML, backend data engineering, with some experience leading projects or small teams preferred. Strong expertise in Python, with extensive experience in data manipulation, ML frameworks, and productionizing code. Practical experience building and fine-tuning LLMs for various NLP applications. Solid grasp of NLP concepts: tokenization, embedding, text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, etc. Familiarity with agentic development (e.g., agent frameworks, multi-agent collaboration, task orchestration). Experience with common data science and ML tools/libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers. Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating AI services. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows is a plus.

Good to have:

Exposure to knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or hybrid AI architectures. Experience with prompt engineering and custom LLM deployments. Background in domain-specific NLP (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, etc.). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
