You will lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, product management, marketing, and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.Key Responsibilities: P&L Management: Full accountability for the SBU's top-line and bottom-line performance. Sales Leadership: Drive nationwide sales execution through ZSMs/RSMs/ASMs and ensure achievement of sales targets. Marketing Strategy: Lead brand strategy, lifecycle management, and marketing campaigns for existing and new products. Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals. Market Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities in untapped geographies and therapy areas. Portfolio Management: Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams for new product development and launches. KOL Engagement: Build relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen market presence and brand recall. Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to remain ahead of the curve.Desired Profile Expertise: - Proven track record of leading P&L for a division or business unit in the Indian pharmaceutical market.- Strong understanding of therapy segmentation, field force management, and brand building.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Education / Experience Education: - Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy; MBA in Marketing preferred.Experience: Minimum 18 years of experience in pharma sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
