DESCRIPTION
Join our Strategic Brand Services team at Amazon India where you'll partner with top-tier brands to accelerate their growth on Amazon. You'll drive strategic initiatives across selection expansion, marketing effectiveness, and inventory optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience.
Key job responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of selection expansion initiatives by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement on Amazon
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with brands to optimize their catalog quality and product content
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve brand performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency
• Drive adoption of Amazon programs and tools to maximize brand growth potential

A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing key performance metrics for your brand portfolio, followed by strategy sessions with brand partners. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with marketing, catalog, and operations teams to drive improvements across various business levers. You'll analyze data to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them
About the team
Strategic Brand Services is a new initiative at Amazon India focused on providing dedicated support to premium brands. Our team combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to help brands achieve their full potential on Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- o Bachelor's degree
- o 1+ years of experience in account management, project management, or category management
- o Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- o 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail industry
- o Experience in brand management or vendor management
- o Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- o Experience in developing marketing strategies or promotional campaigns
- o Knowledge of digital marketing and content optimization
- o Track record of building and maintaining business relationships
- o Experience with inventory management or supply chain operations
