Job Description

- Ensure the retention budgets for all sales channels are met by contacting and following up with all renewal customers- Contact customers for renewal before 45 days and high-ticket size priority- Prioritize the calls for the day and follow-up with clients as well as with RSMs- Coordinate with agents for number refresh as well as cheque collection from the customers.- Share file on daily basis to the relationship managers (RMs) to obtain the number for non-contactable data.- Share insta-link to the customers to make the payment on time and enhancing convenience for them (ref:updazz.com)
