Job Description

Broad objective of the role - Managing, develop and drive BANCA product migration of central business and achieve New businaess & cross sell targetRetention / Migration, Portfolio Management :- Manage the renewal/product migration portfolio for retail line of ANCA and agency channel to achieve Direct retention targets.Digital Sales Management / Direct-Cross Sales Management :- Achieve Digital (toll free) New business sales and cross sell Target.- Accurate disposition mapping and internal quality score - Ensure Minimal Error Rate on Interaction with customers and BANCA officials.- Meets the compliance and regulatory requirement calls set by Quality & compliance team.Schedule Adherence & MIS reporting :- Maintain availability / plan leave as per the roster and Total time & ACD (CSR Utilization) should be maintain.- Over all MIS and quality report sharing.- Contribution towards self and development. Current knowledge & aptitude to learn new products/process- Overall work behavior observed customer appreciation and or escalation. (ref:updazz.com)
