Role: As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will lead engagement with one or many work streams, playing the role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a Business Process or Functional area, applying business knowledge to influence solution desig n, and lead client pursuits from a functional point of view. Role Expectations: # 5-8 years of experience working as BA # Understand the client#s business model and business needs # Co-ordinate with the internal and external project stakeholders and ensure high quality and on-time delivery # The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions # Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst s primary role # Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes # Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes # Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implicati ons of changes # Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made # Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops will be a part of your daily activity # Great analytical skills, attention to detail # Im mense confidence and ability to see things to completion # Knowledge of Big Data Analytics trends # Good knowledge of cloud technologies from the perspective of Analytical Solution Functional Skills: # Awareness of Manufacturing and project mana gement domain Soft Skills: # Education # Masters in Business Administration from reputed B-school # Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking # Good communication and written skills # Good presentation skills # Ability to work with cros s functional teams like 3rd parties and customer .
