SR Primary Contact - Somdatta Chakraborty # IT Exp of 8-12 years # Core Business analysis, requirement gathering, problem solving # PNc Domain knowledge # commercial lines # BA experience of atleast 5 years # Excellent communication # Agile delivery awareness JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution of action plans. # Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences. # Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design. # Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagr ams, UATplan). # Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. # Serve as a liaison between business and IT to gather requirements needed for system modifications enhancem ents.
