Role: Sr Business Analyst (Clinical) Exp: 9 Years : # Minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience as business analyst in claims billing claims processing # US Healthcare domain experience # Knowledge on Prior Authorization proces s, pre-hospitalisation process. # Awareness on HIPAA rules and regulation & different coding standards like CPT, HCPC, Diagnosis and revenue codes in US healthcare # Knowledge on Utilization Management and Care Management process flow. # Gather busin ess requirements from PM or business # Create user stories functional use cases and groom it the team. # Understand the application product functionality and clarify the queries raised by the internal or external team # Strong communication skills # Knowledge of SQL(good to have) # Knowledge on basic testing process and tools # Understanding of Agile methodology.
