JOB SUMMARY The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and tec hnological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Motivat ed, with a passion for the industry # Retail or CPG, with focus on the end Consumer #understand Consumer Journeys, Impacts and drivers. # Strong relationship building and communications skills (listening, written and verbal) w ith ability to present ideas and concepts coherently to senior stakeholders # Good understanding of the trends, client#s business needs and participate actively in RFPs & client proposals Workshops Conferences Whitepapers Case studies # Partner closely with the Technical teams # Architecture, Solutions and Delivery in ensuring that our client#s needs are addressed and the solution is best suited to match their needs. # Understanding the Client, the Brand, the Business, Key Drivers, it s position in the industry, whe re are they looking at growing and what are some of the road bumps that they have.
