Job Description
Required: 6-8 years experience Business Analyst who can act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a department unit. Recommend solutions that enable them to achieve its goals by bringing st ructure and formalization of requirements into the process. Include gathering business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and implementation material, participating in the implementat ion Providing post-implementation support as well as responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems Assisting in bridging the needs of the business with technology Have experience in developing p roject plans and provide project management skills. Strong communication skills and work closely with IT and Business team Work in Agile scrum methodology Knowledge of Group protection, Claim processing insurance business Knowledge of Web portal a pplications Knowledge of SQL and data model .
