Replacment for 1092883 Mohit Dewan : # Engage with business sponsor and other key business stakeholders to translate business goals and objectives to high level business requirements. # Lead requirements, ideation and solutioning work shops with various stakeholders and project. # Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders and SMEs to create comprehensive requirement documents by decomposing high-level information into functional requirements, user journeys, epics, features and user stories. # Work with the business stakeholders and other product team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment. # Responsible for Product Roadmap management to ensure that features delivered in each release aligns with the overall business goals and provides highest value. # Define KPIs and web analytics tracking requirements to measure success of implementation. Track analytics and metrics of the product and seek information lessons for later releases. # Engage with the Fleet Business team to optimize performance and customer segmentation # Lead business demos and participate in UAT sessions to give hands-on training to the UAT participants Requi red Skills & Experience: # 8 years of Business Analyst experience in cross platform (desktop, tablet, mobile) e-Commerce or Digital projects. # Strong knowledge of Agile product development and delivery through multi-disciplined Scrum teams especia lly knowledge of Product Owner and Scrum Master roles # Proficient in requirements gathering, business modeling, project scoping, and user story creation # Proven track record of creating and managing a product roadmap based on Agile principles # Is up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems # Excellent documentation and communication skills # Analyzed complex problems, interpret operational needs, and navigate creative solution discission # Experience working on digital innovation projects which are UX intensive and follows a mobile first responsive design # Experience working in travel car rental domain that cater to fleet management and supply chain. .
