JOB SUMMARY - Business Analyst The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operati onal and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIE S # Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences. # Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design. # Prod ucing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use stories). # Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. # Serve as a liaison between busine ss and IT to gather requirements needed for system modifications enhancements. Responsibilities # Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements # Translate high-level, complex business requirements into functional specifications # Understand business impact of the requirements and take complete functional ownership of the solution # Analyze business and industry trends to form point of views # Advisory role on IT Strategy, Applications portfolio optimization, governance and d evelopment processes Specifications We are specifically looking at Business Analyst for Digital Marketing with exposure and expertise in the following areas: # Any prior experience working on any of the below Digital Areas Domains will be added advan tage o Experience in varied B2B & B2C eCommerce engagements like consulting implementations operations etc. with part of at least 2-3 sizeable engagements o Expertise in content and commerce space with functional knowledge of Magento modules o Good u nderstanding on business user tools to manage the content site and ecommerce online application o In catalog, products, pricing & promotions, Search, Supply Chain, Payment Gateways.
