Job Description

:

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the sawmill, including wood cutting, processing, and production.

Operate and maintain sawmill machinery, including saws, conveyors, planers, and other processing equipment. Ensure proper handling, sorting, and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Optimize production processes to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Manage and guide sawmill workers to ensure efficient production and safety compliance.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.

Provide training to new and existing staff on machinery operation, safety procedures, and production techniques.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
