Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate Vice President (SAVP) - Business Strategy and Operations to take ownership of scaling 1-2 business units or driving critical modules in Marketing or Data.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for defining strategies, implementing processes, and leading teams to achieve measurable outcomes across your business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy
Own and scale 1-2 business units or strategic modules (Marketing, Data, or related functions).
Define and execute business strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear goals, milestones, and KPIs.
Continuously track business performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Operations & Execution
Build scalable processes and frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
Deploy automation, dashboards, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
Ensure business units/modules deliver with quality, speed, and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with leaders across Product, Marketing, Data, Sales, and Customer Success.
Drive alignment across functions to ensure coordinated execution of strategic goals.
Manage external stakeholders where required to accelerate outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts, creating a culture of accountability and performance.
Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and develop future leaders.
Foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 11 - 14 years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or program management.
Proven track record of independently managing P&L or large functional modules.
Prior experience in Marketing or Data-focused roles preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
