Requirements:



Understand the Flour Kneading (as per recipe) Operate mixing equipment (Dough Kneader) efficiently and ensures product standards, specifications, and quality requirements met. Ensure that raw materials measured and blended into each mix according to instructions and production specifications. Ensure time/temperature control according to production standards., Dough Lamination & folding, Sheeting and Puff size cutting - preparing and decorating puff pastry products, including tarts, croissants, and other baked goods, while ensuring high quality and consistency. This role involves a combination of baking expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to create visually appealing and delicious Puffs. Communicate with Oven Operator regarding Proving and Baking . Do quality checks on ingredients and finished items. Adhere to Food safety & sanitation standards

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
