Position: Assoc. Vice President - Innovation Advisory

As the Team Lead, you will spearhead client advisory services to adopt solutions in products and processes, regulations and market delivery across agri business sectors.

You will engage with a blend of industry such as seeds, farm & crop input, biologicals, post farm and farm service solutions to address unique and complex problems, implement transformation and deliver measurable performance improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Task planning & delivery:

As a team lead you will be responsible for identifying client needs, secure engagements & deliver results.

PR and communication to foster industry leading reputation:

You will drive the efforts for building awareness about the firm's expertise and create industry leading reputation for the Agri innovation advisory.

Engagement management, project execution and delivery:

Nature of engagements will include opportunity analysis, technology landscaping and access strategy, new product opportunities, research-to-markets assessments, investment evaluation, regulatory advisory and market delivery strategies.

You will engage with other practice groups in providing cross functional enterprise services.

Qualifications and qualities sought:

10-15 years experience in agri business sector with functional level leadership.

Academic qualification:

Masters / Ph.D in Agriculture/Veterinary/Life Sciences, executive Management education will be an added advantage.
