Major Accountabilities:

Analyzing 2D CAD material reports (Assembly file) and identifying the need of new Sub-Assembly part number and design.
Developing the Sub-Assembly technical drawings with external supplier and cross functional teams as DRE, 2D, SCM and Manufacturing.
Requesting Sub-Assembly Aptiv part numbers and registering technical drawings and supplier part numbers in Aptiv Global GSD DB.
Maintaining tracking of all Sub-Assembly part numbers to avoid creating several part numbers for same Sub-Assemblyconfigurations. Supporting Manufacturing teams with alternatives and Sub-Assembly technical details.
Filling out and submitting IQRF and DSR forms according to SCM requests for material global sourcing documentation fulfillment. Uploading for new components assembly manuals, product information, application data and storage manuals in Aptiv Global GSD DB requested from external suppliers with LOCOTO software.Privacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates
