STORE MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing Assigns duties to relevant employees Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations Track and manage inventory at store Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc Propose innovative ideas to increase market share Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Retail Store Manager qualifications and skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 5+ years of retail management experience Computer database and productivity software skills required Proven history of successfully training employees in a variety of departments Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques Demonstrated ability to maintain and work within a budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
