SAP S/4HANA Support Executive

to provide functional and end-user support for SAP systems used in manufacturing and enterprise operations. The role acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Provide end-user support for SAP S/4HANA modules used in manufacturing (MM, PP, SD, CS, EWM, FI/CO as applicable) Handle SAP incidents, service requests, and change requests as per defined SLAs Analyze and resolve production issues related to manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and logistics Support production planning processes including: + MTO (Make-to-Order)
+ MTS (Make-to-Stock)
+ Variant Configuration (VC)
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end manufacturing and finance activities Assist in SAP master data maintenance (BOM, routing, work centers, materials, vendors, etc.) Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, bug fixes, and transport management Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer * Support SAP upgrades, rollouts, and integration testing across manufacturing plants
