lient Management

- Act as the primary SAP delivery contact and maintain strong client relationships to align services with business needs.

Service Delivery

- Oversee daily operations (incidents, changes, enhancements) ensuring SLA and contractual compliance.

Project & Resource Management

- Plan and deliver SAP projects on time, manage global teams, and ensure skill alignment.

Performance & Optimization

- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Financial & Strategic Planning

- Manage budgets, profitability, and support account growth aligned with client goals.

Your Profile

Relevant Experience:

8-10+ years in SAP service delivery, including ECC and S/4HANA.

SAP Expertise:

Functional knowledge in modules like OTC, PTP, FTM, Finance, Logistics.

Leadership:

Experience managing teams of 20+ analysts across global delivery centers.

Communication:

Strong client-facing and executive-level communication skills.

Process Knowledge:

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Capgemini delivery methodologies.

Compliance:

Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX).
