Job Description

The SAP WM Specialist is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the SAP Warehouse Management module to enable efficient and accurate warehousing, logistics, and inventory processes. This role collaborates with IT, supply chain, and business teams to ensure SAP WM solutions align with operational goals, participating in enhancements, troubleshooting, system documentation, and end-user training.?

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the SAP WM module (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) in configuration, support, or implementation roles.? Sound understanding of warehouse and logistics operations (inventory, order picking, shipping, receiving, stock transfers).? Experience with full-cycle SAP WM implementations and enhancements.? SAP WM certification is an advantage; SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) certification or experience is preferred.?
Essential SkillsTechnical Skills

Configuration and customization of SAP WM processes: inbound/outbound delivery, transfer orders, storage units, batch management, and inventory control.? System integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party warehouse automation technologies.? Troubleshooting, issue resolution, and SAP WM support.? Strong data management, business analysis, and documentation capabilities.? Conduct and contribute to system testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.?
Functional Skills

Process analysis and translation of business needs into SAP WM solutions.? End-user training, change management, and preparation of training documentation.? Participation in continuous improvement for warehouse processes using SAP WM features.?
Soft Skills

Effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders for successful SAP WM delivery.? Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability to evolving warehouse needs.? Teamwork, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.?
Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience with SAP EWM or embedded WMS features.? Exposure to supply chain digitalization, logistics automation, or IoT-related projects.? Project management or lead experience in SAP warehouse rollouts.
