The WM System Process Manager is a specialized role responsible for overseeing and optimizing SAPWM (Warehouse Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), external WM systems for AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), High-rack storage systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution System)WM components, and related non-SAP warehouse management processes to drive efficiency, quality, and operational excellence within warehouse and logistics operations. This position shall especially close the gap to perform all projects in SAP EWM and external WM systems for AGV/High-rack automation. This role requires a combination of SAP WM/EWM technical expertise, warehouse automation knowledge, analytical skills, project management capabilities, and leadership qualities to identify process improvement opportunities in warehouse management environments, implement best practices, and drive sustainable change. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
Master's degree or equivalent level
Education Field:
Engineering and engineering trades (Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred)
Other Education & Experience:
3-5 years experience in SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), warehouse automation systems, and MES environments with proven track record of process improvement in logistics and warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of SAP WM modules including Goods Receipt, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management, and WM integration with MM/SD modules
Advanced knowledge of SAP EWM modules including Warehouse Structure, Resource Management, Warehouse Processes, Labor Management, and EWM integration with transportation systems
