We are seeking an experienced SAP Warranty Claims Management Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals and students. The trainer will be responsible for explaining SAP Warranty Claims Management concepts, configuration, and real-time business scenarios, ensuring learners gain both functional and practical expertise. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end training on SAP Warranty Claims Management (SAP WM / Warranty Claim Processing). Explain warranty processes including warranty creation, tracking, claim submission, and settlement. Configure warranty-related settings such as: Warranty types and categories Warranty determination Claim types and processing Settlement and credit memo processing Integrate Warranty Management with SAP SD, MM, PM, and CS modules. Demonstrate real-time business scenarios and use cases. Conduct hands-on system exercises, assignments, and case studies. Guide learners on warranty claims lifecycle and reporting. Assist learners with interview preparation, project guidance, and certification support. Update training content based on latest SAP versions and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong functional knowledge of SAP Warranty Management. Hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Warranty Claim Processing. Good understanding of after-sales service processes. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred. Experience Requirements 2-5 years of SAP functional experience in Warranty Claims Management or Service-related modules.
