We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI Spartacus Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UI development, particularly in Spartacus, and will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our cutting-edge projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers towards delivering outstanding digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces using Spartacus and Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure high coding standards and best practices through code reviews and mentorship of junior developers.
Optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI development to enhance our product offerings.
Provide technical guidance and support in troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
Contribute to the overall UI architecture and design decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech/B.E., or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in UI development, with a strong focus on Spartacus.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, Angular, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
Experience with secondary skills including VueJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and jQuery is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
