Key Responsibilities:

Design, test, document, and implement authorization roles and objects within the S/4 HANA system. Manage the creation, modification, and maintenance of master, derived, single, and composite roles. Design and implement SAP Fiori roles, including catalogs, groups, OData services, tiles, and apps. Lead security workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical authorization matrices. Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, resolve conflicts, and implement mitigating controls. Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and UAT phases; troubleshoot issues using SU53, ST01, RSECADMIN, and STAUTHTRACE. Ensure secure integration with systems like SAP GRC, Hybris, Open Text, and ServiceNow. Maintain detailed documentation and provide training to teams on security practices. Lead and deliver authorization work packages across multiple S/4 HANA projects.
Required Skills and Experience:

Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP GRC, SAP Fiori, and authorization concepts. 8-12 years of experience in SAP security and role design, including Fiori and SoD controls. Hands-on with security trace tools and integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.

Qualifikationen
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline). Relevant certifications in SAP Security, GRC, or Project Management (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience in global rollouts, audits, or compliance-heavy environments. Exposure to Daimler systems, authorization templates, or enterprise-scale SAP landscapes. Working knowledge of international projects and collaboration with offshore/onshore teams.
