About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Training Course & Content Developer for SAP to design, develop, and maintain training materials and courses for SAP users across the organization. This role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts and end-users from all business units in AMETEK to create engaging and effective training content that enhances the skills and knowledge of SAP users.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training courses, e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings and self-paced materials for SAP applications and modules on LMS Platform.
• Create user guides, presentations, videos, and assessments tailored to different SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP)
• Work closely with SAP subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure content is aligned with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Collect feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
• Maintain organized records of all training materials, course completion reports, and feedback for future reference and audits.

• Develop and adapt training materials in multiple languages to support global teams and ensure consistency and accuracy across different regions.

Candidate Requirement:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training content development in the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong experience with SAP applications and modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD)

• Ability to design training materials that are clear, concise, and user-friendly.

• Skill on creating engaging and instructional content for diverse audiences.

• Experience in delivering training sessions both in-person and virtually, as well as collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred (in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field)
