About the Role:
STRIPL is looking for a highly experienced
SAP Trainer
with strong expertise in SAP modules and
proven experience teaching in colleges
. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver structured, engaging, and industry-relevant SAP training to large groups of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct SAP training sessions for college students in an engaging and practical manner
Teach core SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, HCM, or specialization area)
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, hands-on practice tasks, and assessments
Explain real-time concepts and scenarios to help students understand industry applications
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
Coordinate with college departments and STRIPL academic teams for smooth scheduling
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of SAP training experience
Mandatory:
Experience teaching SAP in
colleges or academic institutions
Strong subject knowledge in at least one major SAP module
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner-level learners
Immediate joiners preferred
