Job Title: SAP Global Trade Compliance Trainer

About the Opportunity:
We are supporting a well-known Pharma and Life Sciences client on a major SAP-driven global trade compliance initiative. The project migration is being executed by a Richardson, Texas-based SAP system integrator that works with several leading global brands. To support this rollout, we are identifying an experienced SAP Trainer with deep functional exposure to SAP Global Trade Compliance processes.
Role Overview:
This position requires a trainer who can deliver SAP-centric training for global teams, covering trade compliance processes configured on SAP systems. The Trainer will design, develop, and conduct SAP process training to ensure end users fully understand compliance workflows, system functionalities, and data management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver SAP training programs focused on Global Trade Compliance modules and processes.
Build Train-the-Trainer frameworks for SAP-driven global rollouts.
Conduct instructor-led and virtual SAP training workshops on:
Denied Party Screening (manual, batch, and transactional screening within SAP)
License checks and handling of blocked documents in SAP
Product classification in SAP (commodity codes, customs tariff numbers, ECCN, HS and CN codes)
Intrastat declarations and reporting through SAP processes
Translate complex SAP configurations and compliance processes into simple, structured training content.
Collaborate with the implementation team to align training materials with actual system build and enhancements.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience across multiple end-to-end projects.
Strong functional understanding of SAP-related international trade compliance processes.
Proven experience conducting SAP training for multi-regional user groups.
Ability to create clear user guides, job aids, process flows, and facilitator materials.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with cloud-based systems.

This is a fully remote assignment open to applicants anywhere in India.
Role operates in UK shift timings to collaborate with global teams.
Duration is 4-5 months with potential extension.
Candidates with solid SAP project experience and a strong background in training users on trade compliance processes are encouraged to apply.
