We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SAP Trainer to train students on various SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver SAP training sessions (online/offline) based on the assigned modules .
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises for students.
Provide hands-on system demonstrations and real-time project exposure.
Assess students' performance through tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
Guide students in understanding SAP workflows, configuration, and best practices.
Support students in certification preparation and interview readiness.
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest SAP versions, tools, and industry requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Fresher - 1 Year
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module (preferably multiple).
Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
Good problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
