Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Spa Trainer (Female)

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of spa therapies, treatments, and wellness practices, along with strong training and communication skills. She will be responsible for training spa staff, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining high standards of customer experience across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs for spa therapists in various treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and other wellness services. Conduct practical sessions, theory lessons, and refresher training as per company standards. Monitor performance and assess the skill level of spa staff, providing feedback and coaching for improvement. Ensure all therapists follow standard operating procedures and maintain hygiene protocols. Stay updated with the latest spa trends and introduce new techniques/treatments as appropriate. Support recruitment by evaluating practical skills of candidates during trials. Assist in maintaining training records and preparing monthly training reports. Guide team members in client handling, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the spa industry, including 1-2 years as a trainer or senior therapist. Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Ayurveda, or Wellness programs. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and inspire a team with a positive and professional attitude. Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the services and client base.
