Role Overview
As an SAP ABAP & BASIS Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of SAP professionals through high-quality, hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities

• xe2x9cx85 Design and deliver structured training modules for SAP ABAP and BASIS (Beginner to Advanced levels)
• xe2x9cx85 Create engaging and interactive learning materials: presentations, coding exercises, real-time scenarios, and labs
• xe2x9cx85 Conduct live instructor-led sessions, classroom workshops, and offer personalized mentoring
• xe2x9cx85 Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development
• xe2x9cx85 Develop and assess assignments, tests, and practical evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• xe2x9cx85 Stay updated with the latest SAP tools, versions, and industry best practices
• xe2x9cx85 Guide learners through job-oriented simulations, project work, and interview preparation

• xf0x9fx8ex93 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and/or BASIS
• xf0x9fx8exa4 Prior training experience (corporate or academic) is highly desirable
• xf0x9fx92xa1 Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• xf0x9fx8fxa2 Willing to work full-time from the Navi Mumbai or Bangalore campus
• xf0x9fx93x9c SAP certification in ABAP/BASIS is a plus but not mandatory
• xf0x9fxa4x9d Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and upskilling future professionals
